Staffing and Resource Management
Accredit-IT® provides temporary and full-time quality assurance specialists and managers to help you manage your quality assurance programs. These trained and highly qualified individuals can serve as a force multiplier, augmenting your existing staffing, or they can serve as your entire quality management team. Temporary staffing is offered in 3, 6, or 12 month periods and provides an excellent opportunity to assess prospective employees prior to hiring. Our full-time staffing is offered in 1 to 5 year periods or longer and provides the opportunity to augment existing staff or create an entire quality management team without the worry of long-term HR commitments. Full-time contracted staffing is also an excellent way to mitigate information loss and fluctuations in program management for organization’s that experience high employee turnover rates.
