Organizations with well-developed management programs are far more successful than those without. That being said, it is our goal help you develop and manage a top-notch quality management program that will guarantee your success now and into the future.
Accredit-IT provides post accreditation maintenance and management services, on a part-time or fulltime basis, which can include conducting or assisting with internal audits, management reviews, completing annual QMS document reviews, or staffing and managing your entire program. Our staff will apply their years of accreditation experience and their program development and management knowledge to help you meet your program goals.
In addition to our standard consulting services, which are provided on an hourly basis as needed, Accredit-IT also provides temporary and full-time quality assurance specialists and managers to help you manage your quality assurance programs. These trained and highly qualified individuals can serve as a force multiplier, augmenting your existing staffing, or they can serve as your entire quality management team.
Temporary staffing is offered in 3, 6, or 12 month periods and provides an excellent opportunity to assess prospective employees prior to hiring. Our full-time staffing is offered in 1 to 5 year periods or longer and provides the opportunity to augment existing staff or create an entire quality management team without the worry of long-term HR commitments.
Full-time contracted staffing is also an excellent way to mitigate information loss and fluctuations in program management for organization’s that experience high employee turnover rates.
When it comes to program management and staffing, you need to do your homework and ask questions; otherwise, you may not get the level of support or staffing you need. For example, if you provide a Statement of Work that details your needs for either program management or staffing and the vendor needs to have a “quick conversation” so; they “fully understand” what you are looking for and the conversation revolves around you providing additional details that will help them meet your requirements. You may want to look elsewhere because they clearly do not “truly understand” your line of work, mission, or needs. Some questions to consider include:
- What is your quality program management and staffing experience?
- What is the quality management and staffing experience of the person who is helping me meet my goals?
- Do you manage and staff similar internal quality program or just customer programs?
- Do you provide any other related quality services other than just providing staffing for customer programs?
